September 2019 CPI (Consumer Price Index) – Yi-PPI (Producer Price Index Domestic) Ratio was determined by the Turkey Statistical Institute.

Pursuant to Article 344 of the Turkish Code of Obligations; if no agreement has been reached by the parties, the rent value shall be determined provided that the rate of change does not exceed the twelve-month averages in the consumer price index of the previous lease year; September 2019 The rate of increase in rent was 18.27%.
