ARBITRATION LAW

Arbitration is the final resolution of disputes between parties through people called arbitrators instead of state courts. In other words, imagine you have a commercial case that will be over within 6 months after the evidence is collected. It is also cheaper than legal courts.

An arbitration agreement is a written agreement between the parties to leave the resolution of all or part of the disputes that have arisen or may arise from a contractual or non-contractual legal relationship to an arbitrator or arbitration board.
