The tenancy agreement is made between the lessee and the lessor and the rent is mutually agreed. However, if the dispute arises while the rent is determined, the case for the determination of the rent is opened. It is also opened in the place where the defendant's residence is located, but in order to look at the rental income of the rented immovable, it will be more appropriate to have a lawsuit in the court of the place where the immovable is located.

Although it is not a legal obligation to send a warning in advance to file a lawsuit for the determination of the rent value, the withdrawal of the warning is important both in terms of determining whether the tenant will comply with the requested rental price, in terms of determining the period to be determined and the duration of the lawsuit.
